Upon receiving your products, we assure a shelf life of 12 months. To extend the longevity of your items, we suggest storing any unopened products in a cool and dry location, away from direct sunlight.

Are all of your products natural?

No; While not all products can be guaranteed to be 100% natural, it is important to note that the soaps, body oil, and body butter that include fragrance oil, may potentially contain artificial fragrances.

Are your products safe for children?

Certainly! Our kids collection has variety of options suitable for children.

We also recommend performing a patch test before using any new products to ensure that they are suitable for addressing your specific concerns.

How should I store your herbal products?

Herbal products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to heat or light can degrade the natural ingredients and shorten the product's shelf life.

Can I use your products if I have a skin condition like eczema or psoriasis?

What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to your product?

If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and cleanse the area with water. If the reaction is severe or persists, seek medical advice. To prevent future reactions, perform a patch test with a small amount of the product on the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours to check for any signs of irritation.

What shipping method is used?

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer Ground Advantage and Priority Shipping.

What is your current processing time?

Once you place your order, it will be processed with 24-48 hours.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping options and associated fees at checkout before completing your purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, you’ll see the applicable shipping fees at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once your order has been processed, it may not be possible to change the shipping address. However, if you realize you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update the address before the package is shipped.

Can I track my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, first check the tracking information for updates. If you don’t see any progress or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes. However, some shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid P.O. Box address for shipping during checkout.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost, we (Herbage Body) are not responsible for the loss. If the package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the issue. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS to either reimburse you for the damaged package and/or help locate a lost package.

What happens if my body butter melts during transit?

Body butter that melts during transit is still safe to use, but it may lose its whipped texture and become grainy.This is because the fatty acids in the butter solidify at different temperatures.

How long will body butters last?

Our herbal body butters are naturally made with no added preservatives. Due to this, our body butter will last for up to one year.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, Herbage Body Butter is made from gentle, natural ingredients and is available in an unscented version called "Bare." This makes it suitable for people with sensitive skin or those who prefer fragrance-free products.

Are there any artificial fragrances or preservatives?

Yes, some of our fragrances are artificial fragrances. Our herbal body butter does not contain any preservatives.

How often should I use the body butter?

You can use Herbage Body Butter daily, especially after bathing or showering, to lock in moisture and keep your skin feeling soft and hydrated throughout the day.

Can I use the body butter on my face?

While Herbage Body Butter is formulated for the body, the natural ingredients are gentle. However, we recommend testing a small patch on your face first, as facial skin can be more sensitive than body skin.

Can this body butter help with dry or cracked skin?

Absolutely. The combination of rich butters, like Mango Butter and Cupuaçu Butter, and nourishing oils, such as Avocado and Jojoba Oil, provides deep hydration and helps repair dry, cracked, or rough skin. It is especially beneficial for areas prone to dryness, such as elbows, knees, and feet.

What does Marshmallow Root Powder do for the skin?

Marshmallow Root Powder has soothing properties and is often used to calm irritated skin. It also helps lock in moisture, making it perfect for maintaining soft, hydrated skin.
